- 300 USD damage deposit or the total ammount of the damaged item.
- Check in 2.00 pm / Check out 12.00 pm.
- Any extension of stay must be reconfirmed with the hostess.
- In case of an early departure won’t be any reinbursments.
- 30% prepayment over the total ammount of your reservation to make it effective.
- No refundable when canceling within 7 days or more before the arrival.
- 50% of prepayment refundable when canceling within 7 days the arrival.
